Agent John Fine was an Agent and Matrix controller program.
History[]
Agent Fine was one of several Agents who admired the work of Fria Canning in writing the Artificial Intelligence program Self. He claimed that AI is not his particular specialty but stated that his colleagues believed in how Fria’s work is the most revolutionary piece of AI work ever achieved by a human. In exchange for the completion of Self, Agent Fine saved Fria from dying in Mount Everest when she fell and broke her body. Agent Fine later killed Fria, tightly surrounding her in ice and breaking her bones, when Fria was unable to complete the AI.
Personality[]
It is implied that Agent Fine disliked humans and often failed to call them humans and instead more instinctively called them batteries. Agent Fine stated admiration for the work of Fria Canning on the field of AI and all of his actions were aimed towards giving Fria Canning a second chance towards the completion of it.
Trivia[]
Agent Fine is one of a few Agents ever described to wear a black suit as the normal suit color for Agents is dark green. The only other Agent to wear a black suit is Agent Smith and it was only after he was no longer an Agent. He is also the only known Agent with a known given name.
