Bernard White is an actor who played Rama Kandra, an exile program, the husband of Kamala and father of Sati. He first appears in a brief shot in The Matrix Reloaded, leaving The Merovingian's restaurant Le Vrai just as Neo, Morpheus and Trinity arrive, but his main scene is in The Matrix Revolutions where he discusses Karma with Neo at Mobil Avenue.
