Cinquez was Zionite who was the captain of The Juggernaut. he was infamous for killing the people who chose to take the blue pill (beleiving that they were sub human) whenever he and his crew gave the coppertops the choice. As a result, he was loathed by Cypherites, who upheld the ideals of opting to stay in the Matrix. The Cypherites then sent crews to investigate and hijack his hovercraft whilst the extremist captain was jacked in. When he learnt of the hijacking, jacked out and detonated his hovercraft, killing everyone on board.
