BiographyEdit

Despite the truce being rejected, Destinatus was still trying, as a machinist liaison, to pledge for peace. In any case, the machinists follow him loyally nevertheless, but the Cypherites themselves are not convinced and assume he is showing a bit of his pro-truce side.
