The 88s is a local gang of the Mannsdale neighborhood and that they were led by Buck. This gang was a long established gang, most of the members of that gang graduate from street crime to real crime. Their leader is said to have higher aspirations than crime, where he would design the surrounding neighborhood as he sees fit. Cornermen benefit from further mentoring in the path of crime.
Surprisingly, Mannsdale has the least amount of recorded gang activity out of the rest of the neighborhoods in Mega City.
