Furihata was a neighborhood located in the south west corner of the International District. The Exile gang residing in this place are the Silver Dragons, who are the enemies of the local exile contact, a former Zionite named Grace.

When E Pluribus Neo helped the ex-Zion operative, Grace, sort out some personal issues with the silver dragon's gang leader, Ginjiro, she returned the favour by giving them all the information she knows about Zion's old r4estricted hardline network within that neighbourhood.
Grace showed EPN the phone line in Furihata that was her appointed emergency exit when she worked there for Zion, but said that she had never used it, and that Zion had informed her that the system was being shut down when the Truce with the Machines went into effect.
