Ginjiro was the gang leader of the ruthless Silver Dragons gang, composed of Exiles and redpills alike, which resides in Furihata. He is the nemesis of Grace, who viewed the gang with obsessive disgust and contempt. he intends to bolster the ranks of his gang by including redpills and exiles alike in order to carve out a powerbase to become the master of the Matrix. His name literally translates to "Good Silver" in Japanese, in reference to his appearance and gang.
