Lamar was a neighbourhood in the Downtown district. It includes the Mahath Tower wreckage site and the Exile contact known as The Landlord. The neighbourhood was also the location of the Dog Pound gang. During The fall of the General live event, The Merovingian again focused his efforts on assassinating The Oracle, which involved recovering The Keymaker's chain from the Landlord at the Mahath Tower in Lamar.
