Morrell was a neighbourhood of the Downtown district in the Matrix. It is the home of the Exile contact known as The Jeweler, while the residing gang in this neighbourhood are called the Warriors.
History
In the Vector instance, when The General was supplying cheat code vials to the Zionites, the Machine operatives commenced a "First Strike" operation against the General by capturing a heliport in this residence.
Chapter 10.1.5
In Chapter 10.1.5, Machine operatives were called in to eliminate with an Exile sniper in Morrell, who was attacking pedestrians.
Operatives worked to locate the sniper by posing as civilian targets. The taciturn Agent Griffin was concerned that the way in which this was implemented gave the sniper an opportunity to escape, but nevertheless he was located and neutralized by operatives.
