Sati

Sati is a program, one of The Oracle's Children. She is also the daughter of Rama Kandra and Kamala, the first program created out of "love". Her purpose is to design the weather.
For this reason, she was meant for deletion however Rama Kandra made a deal with the Merovingian to bring her back, by offering the termination code for the outer shell of the Oracle. While at the Mobil Station, they met trapped Neo.
The Oracle allows for the deal to go ahead as she believe Sati is important to the future of the matrix, as her true purpose is yet to be revealed.
Sati is the first one to speak to Neo as he wakes up.
He meets her again at the Oracle's home, where she was baking cookies for him.
Unfortunately, Sati ends up later being assimilated by Agent Smith. But is brought back after Neo defeats Smith.
In the theatrical releases she is portrayed by actress Tanveer K. Atwal (sometimes credited as Tanveer Atwal).
