The Teacher was leader of the Exile gang known as the Bookwyrms, a gang which resides in Chelsea and serves the Exile known as Hypatia. He has demonstrated the ability to lead the Scholastic, Fellow and Student ranks of the gang in the outer neighborhood defense.
