The Trainman is one of the Merovingian's Henchmen in The Matrix film trilogy. In the theatrical releases he is portrayed by actor Bruce Spence.

The Trainman created, maintains and controls Mobil Station, an unauthorized link between the Matrix and the Machine City. All Exiles use this link to take refuge in the Matrix, but must negotiate with the Merovingian for this service.

As Agent Smith mentioned to Sati that she was the last exile, it's very likely that he ended up becoming Assimilated into another Smith.
