Xensei was a member of E Pluribus Neo and a liaison aboard Neo's Hope in the Vector instance of The Matrix Online.

Xensei's outfit is similar to Neo's outfit worn in The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions.
Xensei sounds similar to Sensei, the japenese term for "teacher", especially used for martial arts teachers.
